Helen Rawlinson is a textile designer, based at the Chocolate Factory studios N16, London. Her print and machine stitched lampshades have been popping up in homes throughout the UK and abroad for the last decade.

Each lampshade is screen printed by hand, then perforated with machine stitching to reveal an illumination of tiny pinpricks when lit.
It is this surprise element of dotted detail, which makes the collection so appealingly original. To compliment the range, lamp bases are simply turned in natural beech in a balanced choice of shapes and finishes

2009 sees the launch of a fabric range of her signature prints for both fashion and interior accessories. Bright, bold graphic designs with a retro, modern twist made into a cute selection of purses, bags, cushions and more. The children’s range includes educational/play prints for cushions, tees, wall art and lampshades.

All prints are used with solvent free water based inks onto natural fabrics. Packaging is recycled wherever possible.
