Andrew McDonald (Studio F4) has been selected for the 2012 Threadneedle Prize Exhibition.
His selected painting, from a new series of work, embraces the volatile and expressive nature of mark making in oil, and explores the instinctive and the difficulties of negotiating human relationships. Andrew’s practice involves painting, performance and the making of material culture. The Threadneedle Prize exhibition opens on 26 September at the Mall Galleries, London.
